Monday Musings ~ Rich from the inside out

Raised in the inner city of south side Chicago, Farrah Gray defied the odds and became a millionaire by age fourteen. At the age of six, he carried business cards proclaiming himself a "Future 21st Century CEO", and sold his own hand-painted rocks as book-ends door-to-door. By 14, he had an office on Wall Street and the youngest to receive an honorary doctorate. Presently, his main focus is the Farrah Gray Foundation, a venture capital fund that provides seed money to entrepreneurs under the age of 25. He is also a spokesperson for the National Coalition for the Homeless. If only there were more millionaires like the philanthropic entrepreneur, Farrah Gray.

That's amazing, I'd never heard of him before. I think it's very admirable when people build their own fortunes and then use it for a good cause. I'm sure that it would be very tempting to just sit around being lazy and rich, but some people are just driven to do good things for this world.

That's a great story. I think that it's important to believe in the young, instead of dismissing us like everyone else does!
