With Gratitude

Today is my birthday. Each year as I reflect and life continues to propel itself forward, I realize how little I want and how much I truly have. As I wake up on this new day, today, another day, another year ahead - I am grateful to have lived, have loved, and have been so loved. These are truly great gifts. I am happy that this year, once again, I get to share this day with my sons and my husband. Those I treasure most!

Thank you for sharing your birthday dance with us. I love the stick figure dancing....so much fun.

I'm with you....ultimately....life has almost nothing to do with what we fill our days with and all to do with what we fill our hearts with.

Happy Birthday!

Your post reminds me of the wise words the Father of the Bride said at a wedding recently ~ and he was quoting a close friend: "Stop whining about what you don't have and instead appreciate what you DO have".

Happy Birthday!!

A very happy Birthday to you indeed!
I'm fast approaching my 50th and you couldn't have said it any better about how I feel I'm blessed too.
I hope everyone can count their blessing and not worry so much about what they don't have.

Life is Good!
PS Love that dancing stick guy...how funny!
