Friday Food Feature

Maine Summer Potato Salad

6 medium red Maine Potatoes, cubed
3/4 c diced celery
1 1/2 c broccoli florets, small pieces
3/4 c blanched green beans
1/2 c cauliflower, cut small
1/2 c red pepper

1/4 c favorite Italian dressing
1/2 c low fat or regular mayo
2 tsp. dry ranch dressing
salt and pepper to taste

Cook Potatoes - cool, add all other ingredients. Cover and chill. Makes 10 servings.
