Food Feature

Simple Breakfast - Fruit on the bottom Yogurt Cups

Layer 1/2 cup of plain, whole-milk yogurt (greek is my fave), with a spoonful of Stonewall Kitchens blueberry jam, a handful of blueberries, a drizzle of honey, and a few walnuts. It is delicious and good for you!
