Friday Food Feature ~

Beurre a la Meunière
Delicious "nut brown butter". The perfect, simple sauce for fish, chicken or veggies.
1/4 lb. butter
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 Tblsp. chopped parsley
Salt & Pepper to taste

Place the butter into a heavy skillet, heat the butter until lightly brown. Add the lemon juice, salt & pepper. Sprinkle the parsley over the food and pour the butter over both.
