Friday Food Feature ~


Salmon and Creme Cheese Dip

14 oz Salmon, drained
7 oz Cream Cheese
4 tbsp Crème Fraîche
1 crushed Garlic Clove
2 tsp Lemon Juice
2 tbsp chopped Fresh Parsley
Salt and Black Pepper

1. Place all the ingredients in a place in a food processor and blend until smooth.
2. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Can be served with Crudités or crackers as a starter.
