Monday Musings: Happy Full Worm Moon!

March is the month of the Full Worm Moon. The Full Worm Moon was given its name by the Algonquin tribes of New England. In March at the time of this Spring Moon,  the ground softens and earthworm casts emerge once again in the soil, inviting robins to lunch. In regions such as in Maine it is also known as the Sap Moon since it is the time of year when maple sap begins to flow and the annual tapping of maple trees begins.  Here is an interesting Youtube video via the Farmer's Almanac explaining the Spring time Full Worm Moon:
